Assistant PRO is an AI-powered workforce assistant built for organization administrators, advisors, and employment teams. It turns member profile data into structured, actionable decisions — helping you connect the right people to the right jobs, training, and resources faster and more accurately.
Instead of manually searching profiles, filtering candidates, or guessing which training might help, Assistant PRO analyzes skills, experience, education, activity, and readiness to provide clear recommendations and next steps.
